The Maldives has a tropical climate with warm temperatures all year-round filled with lots of sunshine thanks to the fact that it is located at the equator. It is generally warm and humid in the Maldives where the temperatures vary from 29-32 degrees. And the rainfall is determined by two monsoons which are the south-west monsoons which usually takes place between April-October and the north-east monsoons which takes place between December-March. And as all the islands in the Maldives are surrounded by its crystal clear waters most hot days are overcome by the cooling sea breezes and pleasant evening temperatures which makes it ideal for night fishing and even star gazing which is something you must not miss out on when you’re in the Maldives. Recommended clothing would be light cotton clothes and since Maldives is an Islamic country, nudity of any sort is prohibited.
